It is worth to be notable that Teamfight Tactics is in the beta version, but the release is promising to be very soon, with the League of Legends 9.14 patch. With this patch, the ranked mode will be added in TFT, so you could quickly boost TFT rank by using boosting service.

Teamfight Tactics – basic rules

Here will be a short paragraph that will explain to you how to play Auto Battlers and TFT in addition. So if you know, you could easily skip this part.

In Teamfight Tactics, you will fight against seven other players. Every player has their own board, where they placing units (champions). In the very beginning of the TFT match, all players control Little Legends and standing in a circle where you could choose a champion.

After you teleported to your own board you will see two little creeps, that are waiting for your army. Drag your champion from the bench to the board and let him fight against these creeps. All fights in TFT are automatical, so all you need to do is to buy the right champions from the pool and combine them to gain synergies.

With each new round, you will be granted by five random champions that could be bought. These champions could be dragged from the bench to the board, and the maximum amount of champions equals to your maximum level.

The three first rounds you will fight against creep waves, the main goal of these rounds are to give you a nice start. During these rounds, you will have enough time to collect necessary champions, have a chance to earn some items and collect some gold.

The core of the TFT are the PvP rounds, where you will face opponents and let your armies fight against each other. If you lose, the rest forces will strike your little legend, decreasing its HP. Once you will hit 0 – you will be defeated and the last man standing will be victorious.

Champions: Upgrades, Origins, Classes

Each champion in Teamfight Tactics has one passive and active ability. The active ability could be used only when champions will have 100 mana, while the passive is permanently active. Mana is given with incoming and outcoming damage.

Units could be upgraded if you collect three of the same figures – so to upgrade 1-star Akali into 2-star Akali you need to collect 3 1-star Akalis and they will be upgraded automatically.

Origins as Classes could significantly increase the power of your army – If you have Shivanna then adding the second dragon as Aurelion Sol will give you magic immunity. If you will add 2 more Shapeshifters, like Needalee and Elisa, they will receive more buffs upon releasing their second form.

Positioning in Teamfight Tactics is a major factor. Remember that every champion has their own place on the board, so melee and tanky champion must be placed in the front, while mages and archers must stay behind, protected from each side. Try to understand the best position against the strongest player in the match and place your figures just to counter him.

Economy in Teamfight Tactics

Gold is the key resource to gain a victory in Teamfight Tactics, that could be used to achieve everything in the game, like:

  • To buy new champions;
  • To re-roll champions pool;
  • To buy additional experience.

The first option is quite easy and I do not think that it requires explanation. While re-rolling is quite an interesting thing. If you are not pleased by the champions pool, you could re-roll it by spending 2 gold. The new champion pool will be randomized so you will never see the same units.

There are a few additional ways of earning gold:

  • Rounds – at the end of each round you will gain gold;
  • Interest – for each 10 gold in your bank you will receive additional +1 gold at the end of each round. Maximum interest is +5, that is reachable when you have 50 gold in the bank;
  • Winning and Losing streaks – for the winning or losing streaks you will be gifted with additional gold;
  • Selling – sell champions to gain additional gold.

Neeko: Balanced only after one patch

With the launch of this mini-patch 8.24b, Neeko has formally been reside in League of Legends for an entire patch. We played with her widely during the previous two weeks and tracked her stats to determine exactly how balanced she actually is.

Neeko – the champion who doesn’t need balance?

We were particularly interested, since first impressions about the PBE tended to swing our view toward the “OP” class and off from “balanced” Well, PBE impressions are almost always tough to gauge, since the PBE meta is obviously enormously different from the live match, and today, we are pleased to report that we’re certainly incorrect. Not merely is it Neeko not over-powered, she is totally balanced.

Neeko lol

1 patch after launch, she is in a much healthier condition than we have ever seen before in additional fresh winners following the exact same time window. To begin with, let us discuss her amounts.

Let’s look at the statistics

She has a five percentage playrate at the middle lane, based on stats website Champion.gg, which will be her main place. That is actually kind of on the low side to get a brand-new winner, which is pretty shocking. Her winrate is the kicker, however, particularly when coupled with her quite mellow playrate.

Ordinarily, when a brand new winner comes out, it teeters down way round the 40 percent range (this will occur for either quite difficult or very feeble winners ), also it swings the other way to the 55 percent or more scope (either too powerful or too simple ). Neeko, using a strong five percentage playrate and 50 percent winrate, is slap in the center. Now, let us discuss why this is.

lol new champion

When we originally reviewed Neeko’s energy pre-release, we believed her unbelievable AP scalings and comparative simplicity of landing harm would make her too powerful. This usually means that she’s quite clear weaknesses to match these strengths, and that is what any winner needs if they want to get balanced.

Neeko as support or jungler

If your staff is geared toward rapid endings and damn teamfights, however, you must run directly over her. Evidently, there are a number of exceptions, but we discovered that the theory holds up. Among the most impressive sections of her layout is the capability to conduct several functions, such as support and jungle, without feeling overly powerful or too weak in some of these. In reality, so long as you understand how to play with her and the function, you ought to be just nice. That is not something which could be said for each other new winner.

Neeko lol champion

Needless to say, our stance can change if we view experts get a hold of her if the different regional leagues start in January. For the time being, however, Neeko is ideal just where she is at.
